R. Fred Ross is a retired decorated police chief, tenacious investigator and experienced athletic administrator. Nationally recognized for his ability to lead unbiased, transparent investigations.
In addition to his law enforcement experience, Fred has spent 30+ years as a club and high school coach, competitive club founder/director, and athletic league administrator. With a Masters of Coaching & Athletic Administration from Concordia University with certifications from SafeSport and the Positive Coaching Alliance, he has and in-depth understanding of the unique culture of competitive sport. As lead investigator for Integrity Sports U.S., Fred is passionate about ensuring the level playing fields and safe environments for athletes of all abilities and ages. Fred's wife currently served a Colonel in the USAF and he is the proud father of three high school athletes, two of which are current college athletes. He is passionate about helping you find the truth.
