R. Fred Ross is a retired decorated police chief, tenacious investigator and experienced athletic administrator. Nationally recognized for his ability to lead unbiased, transparent investigations.
In addition to his law enforcement experience, Fred has spent 30+ years as a club and high school coach, competitive club founder/director, and athletic league administrator. With a Master's of Coaching & Athletic Administration from Concordia University with certifications from SafeSport and the Positive Coaching Alliance, he has an in-depth understanding of the unique culture of competitive sport. As lead investigator for Integrity Sports U.S., Fred is passionate about ensuring a level playing field and safe environments for athletes of all abilities and ages. Fred's wife is a retired Colonel in the USAF, and he is the proud father of three high school athletes, two of whom competed at the collegiate level. He is passionate about helping you find the truth.
